Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, Studio Pulse offers a free trial period. No requirement to input credit card information.

Do you have a Cancellation & Refund policy?

Yes. Please find below the Cancellation &  Refund Policy:

Studio Pulse is a Month to Month Subscription Service and there is NO extended contract.

Subscription can be Cancelled if a WRITTEN request is provided for a FULL Refund in the FIRST 30 DAYS of Service Activation. Once Request is received Account will be Closed & the Full Month’s Subscription cost will be Refunded.

If NOT Cancelled in writing (any reason) within the FIRST 30 DAYS the account stays Active and will continue till a Written Request for Cancellation is received. Once request is received Account will be Closed. NO Subscription Refunds will be made after the FIRST 30 DAYS period since this is a Month to Month Service.

Payment defaults results in the account being moved to Inactive Status after two (2) reminders in 48 hours. Subscription Reactivation will result in a one time charge of $49.00.

Account in Inactive Status will be moved to Closed Status after 5 working days of the first notification of default. Accounts being Closed for Subscription Defaults will NOT be refunded any subscriptions paid till date since this is a Month to Month Subscription Service

Will you ever look at my data? Or share it with anyone?

Your data is owned by you and is only accessed by Studio Pulse with your express permission: e.g., to assist with tech support questions. For analytical purposes, we will occasionally compile data from all of our subscribers. However, this data cannot be traced back to any individual subscriber’s account.

Can I import data from another software?

Yes, we provide data migration from your previous system if you are converting data from an established software product, or electronic files. Data migration may have a cost, so let your sales rep know if you are interested. Please note that we do not provide data conversions for MINDBODY Go.

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes, data security is our highest priority. We employ numerous, redundant data safety systems and follow strict PCI compliance procedures to ensure that all of our subscribers’ data, including your clients’ credit card information, receives the highest level of protection possible.

What are your technical support hours?

Studio Pulse provides unlimited tech support for the life of your subscription. Our support staff is available 24/7 to answer your questions. Also, our Help Suite provides contact information and is updated daily with online support resources.

Beyond technical support, how can I get ongoing help with the software?

Your Studio Pulse subscription comes equipped with your very own account manager. You’ll build a relationship with a product expert who gets to know your business through regular 1-on-1 consultations and helps you get the most out of the software.

Can someone set up the software for me?

Yes. To get the software up and running quickly, consider our data migration services. A Studio Pulse product expert will take care of the manual work and tailor the software to your needs.
